About the Gable Roof Outdoor Sauna
The CA-205 reads as a small building rather than a box: a pitched gable roof in black standing-seam metal, framed by timber fascia and gable trim, over a red cedar cabin. The entrance sits centred in the gable end, a wood-framed 8 mm tempered glass door flanked by fixed glazing, so the view is framed from the approach path. Inside, an L-shaped two-tier bench with LED strip lighting and a slatted backrest runs along the walls, with the control panel and heater set at the door end. Overall size, ridge height, door position and bench height are drawn for each order before production.

What size is the CA-205?
The cabin is built to order, so there is no single stock size. Send us the footprint you have to work with and we return a plan and elevation with the overall size, ridge height and door position before production starts.
What is the roof made of?
A gable roof in black standing-seam metal, with timber fascia and gable trim. The visible roof and wall colours are confirmed against the sample board before production.
Can the CA-205 be customised?
Yes. Size, wood species, heater, control panel, logo and packaging can all be changed. The layout drawing is issued for your size before production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One set. Trial orders are accepted, and volume pricing is quoted per project.
How is it heated?
An electric sauna heater, a wood-fired stove with an external stainless flue, or an infrared panel, rated between 3 kW and 12 kW. The choice sets the electrical supply and the flue position, so it is fixed on the drawing before production.
What glass is used?
8 mm tempered glass in the door and in the fixed panels either side of it, set into a timber frame.
How long is production?
Around 40 days after the deposit and the approved drawing. The exact date is confirmed on the order, because size and customisation change the schedule.
How is the sauna packed for export?
In export packing with extra protection around the glass, heater and control panel. Crate size and container loading are confirmed in the quotation for your configuration.
Which port do you ship from?
Qingdao, China. We quote FOB Qingdao, CIF to your destination port, or DDP to your door.
Can you quote DDP?
Yes. Send the destination city and postcode and we quote DDP, including the delivery leg to site.
What does the warranty cover?
One year on the cabin, heater and control panel from delivery, covering manufacturing defects. Spare parts and technical support remain available after that.
Do you work with distributors?
Yes. We work with distributors, wholesalers and long-term partners, including OEM branding, custom packaging and market-specific electrical builds.
